"Stonewall" is an abstract mixed media, encaustic piece that was inspired by the 50th anniversary of the historic Stonewall uprising in New York City. This piece is intended to invoke a sense of gay pride and celebrate this historic moment in time that helped pave the way for the modern gay rights movement.
